In creating the intro for Drift, I drew inspiration from the atmospheric tension and haunting visuals of the Aliens movie. To bring the scenes of the USS Harbinger to life, I used a combination of AI and editing tools to craft an immersive experience. ChatGPT assisted in providing structured prompts, helping guide the visual tone and narrative flow. FLUX was used to generate detailed still frames, while Photoshop allowed me to retouch and add elements to enhance the ship’s eerie, abandoned look. The motion effects and TV scramble sequences were created with Runway Gen-3, adding a cinematic sense of foreboding. SUNO provided the haunting score that underscores the tension, and ElevenLabs was used to voice the character of Riley Nash, along with sound effects that immerse viewers in the ship’s unsettling environment. Finally, Adobe Premiere Pro brought everything together, with careful attention to pacing, transitions, and sound layering, crafting a trailer that channels the suspenseful essence of Aliens while introducing audiences to the mysteries aboard the USS Harbinger
SYNOPSIS:
In deep space, the crew of the USS Odyssey boards the abandoned USS Harbinger, a research vessel drifting silently for years. Inside, they uncover shattered containment capsules and traces of a mysterious, adaptive life form. As eerie phenomena escalate—flickering screens, distorted shadows, and haunting whispers—the crew realizes something sinister has survived. Racing against time, they must navigate the ship’s dark corridors, hunted by an entity that learns and adapts with each encounter. In Drift, survival depends on staying ahead of a nightmare that’s always one step closer.
